What costs what
Priced by what it actually costs us.
A question is one credit because a question is one retrieval and one generation. A Land Registry official copy is forty because it is a real seven pound disbursement to HM Land Registry, not an AI action at all.
The site appraisal is not on this list. Drawing a boundary, every constraint that touches it, the route your scheme needs, the documents that route requires, the approval likelihood and the written verdict are free, and they cost no credits.
