This is a supporting statement only. The statutory tree works application form, and the tree-by-tree schedule of works that normally accompanies it, must be filed separately through the Planning Portal. Complex cases usually also need a BS 5837 survey from an arboriculturist. You are told this in the quote step, before you pay.

This document is not priced on its own. It is part of the fixed fee for the application it supports, and a case producing three documents costs the same as a case producing one. On a householder application that fee is £499, with your council’s statutory fee passed on separately at cost.

Why does Wren not produce the whole tree works application?
The correct deliverable is a statutory form plus a schedule of works, tree by tree, usually resting on an arboricultural survey. Wren produces prose. Selling you the prose and calling it the application would be the mis-selling this page exists to avoid.
